Meet Happ Team

Our story kicked off in the Israeli military, where we had the kind of job that kept us on our toes—producing content, exhibits, and events on the go. We handled every stage, from ideation to execution, working closely with multiple teams and external providers to make things happen. We learned to make work efficient, innovative, and, more than anything – fun. Teamwork, problem-solving, and grit became second nature and still drive us today.

When our service ended, instead of following the usual route of study or travel, we decided to carve our own path. I took off to New York, building a career across the creative industry in modeling, TV hosting, and art, while Guy and Omri founded SentrySite, which is now one of Israel’s top software development companies, with a roster of top-tier clients.

But here’s the thing—no one tells you how intense being your own boss can be. Trying to run a business solo, from juggling multiple revenue streams to handling legal issues and late payments – is a real challenge. After over a decade of navigating the ins and outs of this world, we knew it was time for a change. This is how Happ was born.

Happ is our vision of how freelancing should be: simple, smooth, and empowering. It’s the first platform that puts freelancers at the center, built to make business relationships feel natural, not forced. We believe Happ can transform how freelancers approach business, turning freelancing into a solid career path for the next generation of independent workers.
