Account Balance

Account Balance represents the total net funds currently available within your connected Stripe account through happ. It reflects completed payments after Stripe processing fees and happ platform fees have been deducted.

When a client pays for a milestone, the gross amount is processed securely through Stripe. Processing fees are applied automatically, followed by the happ application fee. The remaining amount becomes your available balance.

Your balance updates in real time following successful payment confirmations. Each transaction generates a structured ledger entry that shows the gross amount, processing fee and platform fee separately, ensuring full financial clarity.

Funds stored in your balance remain securely held within Stripe’s regulated financial infrastructure. Once eligible for payout, you may transfer them directly to your linked bank account.

The Account Balance system eliminates the need to reconcile spreadsheets or external payment records. Everything is structured, transparent and accessible inside your workspace.
