Draft State

The preliminary phase of an Agreement before it is signed.

Draft State refers to the preliminary stage of an Agreement before it has been signed by all required parties.

In this state, users can edit scope, modify milestones and adjust payment structures without restriction.

The Agreement remains inactive until formal approval is completed through Digital Signatures.

Draft State ensures flexibility during negotiation and collaboration while preventing premature payment activation.

Once signatures are applied, the Agreement transitions from Draft State to Active status and becomes operational.
