When a client completes checkout, Stripe processes the payment first. Stripe deducts its processing fee. Then happ deducts the Application Fee before transferring the remaining funds to your connected account.
This fee structure ensures predictability and fairness. happ does not charge per agreement creation or workspace usage. Fees are applied only when payments succeed.
Every deduction is recorded transparently in the ledger, allowing users to clearly see gross amounts, processing fees and platform fees as separate entries.
