Automated Milestones

Automated Milestones are structured payment stages embedded within an Agreement. Each milestone represents a defined portion of the project’s total value.

Milestones can be percentage-based or fixed amounts. They allow professionals to structure deposits, phased payments or final settlements according to their workflow.

When a client clicks Pay Now, Stripe processes the payment securely. Once confirmed, the milestone status updates automatically to Paid.

At the same time, the ledger records the gross amount, processing fee and platform fee. This eliminates manual reconciliation.
