The structure is four numbers: a flat $1.90 Service fee per transaction, ACH processing at 0.8% capped at $5 (so an ACH payment never costs more than $6.90 all-in), card processing at 3%, and opt-in Instant Payouts at 1.5% per withdrawal.
happ takes zero commission on deal value. The Service fee is flat and identical on every plan and every deal size; membership tiers price features, never standing.
Fees are deducted automatically at the moment of successful transaction and recorded in the ledger.
This structured approach ensures predictability and financial transparency: the effective rate on ACH shrinks as deals grow, because the cap holds while the deal value rises.
