Fees

Fees represent the structured charges applied to payment transactions processed on happ. They consist of a flat $1.90 Service fee per transaction and the Stripe payment processing fee.

happ takes zero commission on deals: never a percentage of the deal value, on any plan, at any size. Processing runs at 0.8% capped at $5 for ACH bank transfers and 3% for card payments, so an ACH payment never costs more than $6.90 all-in. Instant Payouts are a separate 1.5% opt-in per withdrawal.

All fees are deducted at the moment a payment succeeds and recorded transparently in the ledger, separating gross payment amounts from deductions.

This clarity ensures that users always understand how net balance is calculated.

The model is flat by design: happ earns through subscriptions and the Service fee, never through a slice of what Creators earn.
