This fee supports the infrastructure, automation and agreement management tools provided by the platform, alongside subscriptions. happ takes zero commission on deals as a categorical rule.
Service Fees are deducted automatically during payment processing, together with the Stripe processing fee (ACH 0.8% capped at $5 · card 3%), and recorded as separate Ledger entries. An ACH payment never costs more than $6.90 all-in.
The Service fee is identical on every membership tier; plans price features, never standing.
