No. Zero commission on deal value, on every plan, at every size. Happ earns through subscriptions and the flat $1.90 Service fee per transaction · never a percentage of what you earn.
Standard withdrawals carry no fee · all fees were already deducted when the payment was processed. Instant Payouts are the one exception: an opt-in that moves money immediately for 1.5%, charged only if you choose it, per withdrawal.
Card networks charge more to process everywhere · the 3% reflects the rail, not a markup strategy. ACH is the cheaper rail by nature, and Happ caps it at $5 so the advantage grows with your deal size.
Paid by ACH: $6.90 all-in ($5 capped ACH + $1.90 Service fee) · 0.14%. Paid by card: $151.90 ($150 at 3% + $1.90 Service fee). On large milestones, bank transfer is the rail to encourage.
Fee pages shouldn’t require a calculator and a magnifying glass. Happ’s model fits in one line: $1.90 per transaction · ACH capped at $5 · Card at 3% · Instant when you choose it · Zero commission, as a rule.
