Shlomit spent over a decade as an international fashion model – working with Chanel, Armani, Ralph Lauren, and Roberto Cavalli, and appearing on the covers of Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, and more.

But the real education wasn’t the work itself – it was managing it. Running her own career independently, negotiating, chasing payments, and figuring out the business side of a personal brand without the infrastructure to support it.

That experience became the blueprint for Happ. As co-founder and CEO, Shlomit shapes the product vision and community strategy – building the infrastructure she wished she’d had from the start.

Originally from Israel, Shlomit now lives in New York with her dog Bono and her cat Jeremiah.
